Upload CSV/Excel File:

Required Column: to (destination phone number)
Optional Columns: customer_name, customer_id, campaign, priority, notes (or any custom fields)
Phone Numbers: Automatic normalization to E.164 format (+1234567890). Supports various formats: 1234567890, (123) 456-7890, +1-123-456-7890
Batch Parameters: from, agent_id, and workspace_id are provided above and used for ALL calls in the batch
Additional Columns: All other columns will be treated as metadata and passed as SIP headers
Supported Formats: CSV (.csv), Excel (.xlsx, .xls)
File Processing: Files are processed on the server with validation and error reporting

Batch Limit: Maximum 100 calls per batch
Optional Fields: agent_id, workspace_id, and metadata can be included for tracking
SIP Headers: All string values in the metadata object are passed as SIP headers

📁 Batch Calls with CSV Upload

POST /api/calls/batch/preview (Preview Only)

Upload and validate CSV/Excel file without starting batch calls. Returns preview and validation results.

POST /api/calls/batch/upload (Upload & Start)

Upload CSV/Excel file and automatically start batch calls if data is valid.
